Two Story Homes
2-story homes offer the traditional lifestyle many grew up with a main living area on the first floor with all bedrooms on the second. Because there is less basement and roof, 2-stories have the lowest price per square foot. To take advantage of the lower square foot price, 2-stories with first floor masters have been designed giving the convenience of 1-story living with the economy of a 2-story. 2-story homes are suited to any type lot.
