Each David James Home includes a 10-year transferable structural warranty insured by Professional Warranty Service Corporation. Your Warranty gives you specific protections, covering most major mechanicals for the first two years and structural elements for ten full years.
5-Year Standards of Performance Warranty
Most importantly, for a period of five full years, David James Homes warrants your new home against any defects in workmanship. Our belief is that it is simply unfair to warrant your largest lifetime investment for only one year.
